通过水热法合成纯硅沸石纳米晶(PSZN),经KH550表面改性制备相应氨基改性物(AP⁃SZN),并通过红外光谱仪、动态光散射仪、扫描电镜、X射线粉末衍射仪、比表面仪及热失重分析仪对样品结构进行表征分析.实验结果显示,通过KH550表面改性处理,氨丙基被成功引入纳米颗粒表面,且未改变样品特性,PSZN和APSZN具有相似的微观形貌、结晶度和微孔特性,而通过热失重测试及分析计算可知KH550真实接枝率为3.08%.%The amino-derivative of pure silica zeolite nanocrystal (APSZN) was obtained by the surface modification of KH550 to PSZN, which synthesized through hydrothermal method.The structures of samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, thermal gravimetric analyzer and N2 adsorption-desorption test.The experimental results show that the amino-group was introduced onto the surface of nanoparticles by the surface modification of KH550 and did not change the characteristic of the nanoparticles, PSZN and APSZN have similar morphology, crystallinity and microporous quality.In addition, the grafting percent of KH550 is 3.08%calculated based the result of TGA.
