中美高校创业教育发展阶段与模式比较研究

         

摘要

Entrepreneurship education is a new field in China.This paper respectively elaborates the entrepreneurship education in China and the United States from their sprout, starting, rapid development and mature stages.Through a comparative analysis between China's current stage of its rapid development of entrepreneurship education mode and the mature stage of United States entrepreneurship education, it finds that there exist some problems and deficiencies in Chinese entrepreneurship education in its developing stage.In order to improve the quality of colleges and universities entrepreneurship education, we should cultivate students with the entrepreneurial thinking and make due contributions to social economy.Finally at the current stage of development, the transformation of the concept of entrepreneurship education development, the construction of professional teaching faculties, the optimization of the entrepreneurship education curriculum system and the improvement of the system of supporting university entrepreneurship education system construction in our country are raised and discussed in the paper.%创业教育在中国是一个新兴的领域,文章分别阐述了中美两国创业教育从萌芽、起步、高速发展到成熟阶段的发展历程,并比较分析目前中国高速发展阶段以及美国成熟阶段的创业教育模式,发现中国创业教育发展中的问题与不足,最后以当前发展阶段为视角,从提升创业教育发展理念、建设创业师资队伍、优化创业教育课程体系、改善创业教育外部环境四个角度对我国高校的创业教育体系建设进行着手,以期提升高校创业教育质量,培养高校创业复合型人才,为社会经济做出应有的贡献.
