子宫内膜异位症患者血清及组织雌孕激素受体、VEGF 及其受体的变化观察

摘要

目的：：研究雌孕激素受体、VEGF 及其受体在子宫内膜异位症患者血清及组织中的变化.方法：观察组患者选自2015年3月~2016年4月在南阳市第二人民医院接受治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者共计60例,对照组选自与观察组时期相同的60名健康妇女,其年龄组成接近观察组,然后比较两组的血清及组织雌孕激素受体、VEGF 及其受体表达情况,同时比较观察组中不同分类及 r-AFS 分期患者的血清及组织雌孕激素受体、VEGF 及其受体表达情况.结果：观察组的血清及组织雌孕激素受体均低于对照组,VEGF 及其受体则高于对照组,不同 r-AFS 分期患者的血清及组织雌孕激素受体、VEGF 及其受体表达情况也存在明显差异,P 均＜0．05,而不同分类患者的血清及组织雌孕激素受体、VEGF 及其受体表达情况则无明显差异,P 均＞0．05.结论：子宫内膜异位症患者血清及组织雌激素、孕激素受体,VEGF 及 VEGF 受体呈现不同程度的异常,处于该疾病不同分期的患者相关指标表达也存在明显差异,因此认为其检测价值较高.%Objective:To study the changes of serum and tissue levels of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor, VEGF and its receptors in patients with endometriosis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from March 201 5 to April 201 6 were selected as the observation group,60 healthy women of the same age at the same period were selected as the control group,then the expression situation of serum and tissue estrogen and progesterone receptor,VEGF and its receptors of two groups were compared,and the expression situation of serum and tissue estrogen and progesterone recep-tor,VEGF and its receptors of observation group with different types and r-AFS stages were compared too.Results:The serum and tissue estrogen and progesterone receptor of observation group were all lower than those of control group,the VEGF and its receptors were all higher than those of control group,and the expression situation of serum and tissue estrogen and proges-terone receptor,VEGF and its receptors of observation group with different r-AFS stages had obvious differences too,all P <0.05,while the serum and tissue estrogen and progesterone receptor,VEGF and its receptors of observation group with differ-ent types had no obvious differences (all P > 0.05 ).Conclusions:The serum and tissue estrogen and progesterone receptor, VEGF and its receptors of patients with endometriosis show abnormal state,and the differences of the indexes expression of patients with different disease stages are obvious,so the indexes detection value are higher.
