子宫内膜异位症患者血清 腹腔液与内膜组织中VEGF及其受体的变化分析

摘要

Objective To observe and study the change situation of serum,peritoneal fluid and ectopic tissue VEGF and its receptors of patients with endometriosis.Methods 76 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected as observation group,76 healthy women with the same age and who were detected with health examination at the same time were the control group,then the serum, peritoneal fluid and tissue VEGF and its receptors detection results of two groups were compared,and the serum,peritoneal fluid and tissue detection results of observation group with different r-AFS stages. Results The serum and peritoneal fluid VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3 levels of observation group were all higher than those of control group,ectopic tissue VEGF-A,VEGF-C and VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3 positive rates were higher than those of control group too,and the detection results of observation group with r-AFS stageⅣwere higher than those of patients with stageⅠtoⅢ,those of patients with stageⅢwere higher than those of patients with stageⅠtoⅡ,those of patients with stageⅡwere higher than those of patients with stageⅠ,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The serum,peritoneal fluid and tissue VEGF and its receptors of patients with endometriosis all show the state of higher expression,and the value for the disease stages aere higher too.%目的：观察子宫内膜异位症患者血清、腹腔液与内膜组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及其受体的变化情况。方法选取2012年1月至2014年2月76例子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组，另选取同期体检健康的妇女76例为对照组，比较两组的血清、腹腔液与组织中VEGF及其受体检测结果，同时将观察组中不同r-AFS分期患者的血清、腹腔液及组织检测结果进行比较。结果观察组的血清及腹腔液中的VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2、VEGFR-3水平均高于对照组，内膜组织中VEGF-A、VEGF-C及VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2、VEGFR-3阳性表达率均高于对照组，且观察组中r-AFS分期Ⅳ期患者高于Ⅰ~Ⅲ期患者，Ⅲ期患者高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者，Ⅱ期患者则高于Ⅰ期患者，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论子宫内膜异位症患者血清、腹腔液与内膜组织中VEGF及其受体均呈现高表达状态，且对于疾病分期价值也较高。
