超声萤火虫成像对甲状腺恶性结节微钙化的判断价值及其与结节内癌基因表达的相关性

         

摘要

目的:研究超声萤火虫成像对甲状腺恶性结节微钙化的判断价值及其与结节内癌基因表达的相关性.方法:选择在本院经超声发现的甲状腺结节患者,根据病理结果分为甲状腺恶性结节和甲状腺良性结节,进一步根据超声萤火虫成像技术对微钙化的判断将甲状腺恶性结节分为微钙化(+)和微钙化(-).取活检组织并检测细胞周期蛋白、细胞侵袭分子、血管新生分子的表达量.结果:微钙化(+)组、微钙化(-)组甲状腺恶性结节组织中CyclinD1、CyclinE、MCM7、MMP2、MMP13、Vimentin、N-cad-herin、Twist、HIF-1α、VEGF-C、VEGFR-2、VEGFR-3、Ang-2、Tie-2的表达量显著高于良性组,Cy-clinG2、P53的表达量显著低于良性组;微钙化(+)组甲状腺恶性结节组织中CyclinD1、CyclinE、MCM7、MMP2、MMP13、Vimentin、N-cadherin、Twist、HIF-1α、VEGF-C、VEGFR-2、VEGFR-3、Ang-2、Tie-2的表达量显著高于微钙化(-)组,CyclinG2、P53的表达量显著低于微钙化(-)组.结论:超声萤火虫成像所发现的甲状腺恶性结节微钙化与癌细胞增殖、侵袭、血管新生具有良好的相关性.%Objective:To study the diagnostic value of MicroPure imaging for malignant thyroid nodule microcalcifica-tion and its correlation with the oncogene expression in nodules.Methods:Patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by ultra-sound in Dongtai People's Hospital between June 2014 and October 2016 were selected and divided into those with malignant thyroid nodules and benign thyroid nodules according to the pathological results,and MicroPure imaging technology was used to judge the microcalcification and further divide the malignant thyroid nodules into microcalcification (+)and microcalcifica-tion (-).The biopsy tissue was collected to detect the expression of cyclin,cell invasion molecules and angiogenesis mole-cules.Results:CyclinD1,CyclinE,MCM7,MMP2,MMP13,Vimentin,N-cadherin,Twist,HIF-1α,VEGF-C,VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3,Ang-2 and Tie-2 expression in malignant thyroid nodules of microcalcification (+)group and microcalcification(-)group were significantly higher than those of benign group while CyclinG2 and P53 expression were significantly lower than those of benign group;CyclinD1,CyclinE,MCM7,MMP2,MMP13,Vimentin,N-cadherin,Twist,HIF-1α,VEGF-C, VEGFR-2,VEGFR-3,Ang-2 and Tie-2 expression in malignant thyroid nodules of microcalcification (+)group were signifi-cantly higher than those of microcalcification (-)group while CyclinG2 and P53 expression were significantly lower than those of microcalcification (-)group.Conclusion:Malignant thyroid nodule microcalcification detected by MicroPure imaging has a good correlation with cancer cell proliferation,invasion and angiogenesis.
