丹红联合低分子肝素钙对急性冠脉综合征患者血清CyS-C、CRP、IL-6、vWF、ET、VEGF水平的影响

摘要

目的:探讨丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清胱抑素C(CyS-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响.方法:选择我院收治的80例ACS患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例.对照组给予血塞通注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗,治疗组给予丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗,两组均给予治疗2 w.检测并比较两组患者治疗前后血清CyS-C、CRP、IL-6、vWF、ET及VEGF水平.结果:两组治疗前血清CyS-C、CRP、IL-6、vWF、ET及VEGF水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清CyS-C、CRP、IL-6、vWF、ET及VEGF水平相比治疗前均明显偏低,治疗组的血清CyS-C、CRP、IL-6、vWF、ET及VEGF水平变化优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙能够明显降低ACS患者的血清CyS-C、CRP、IL-6、vWF、ET及VEGF水平,值得在临床上推广应用.%Objective: To study the effect of Danhong injection combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium (LMWH-Ca) on serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods: A total of 80 patients with ACS in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the treatment group (n=40).The control group was treated with Xuesaitong injection combined with LMWH-Ca, the treatment group was treated with Danhong injection combined with LMWH-Ca, and both groups were treated for 2 wk.The serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: There were no significant differences of the serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of both groups before treatment (P>0.05).The serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and these serum levels of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Danhong injection combined with LMWH-Ca can significantly reduce the serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of patients with ACS, and it is worthy of clinical application.
