消癌平联合静脉化疗对晚期胃癌患者肿瘤标志分子含量及细胞活力分子表达的影响

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the effect of Xiaoaiping combined with intravenous chemotherapy on tumor marker mol-ecule content and cell viability molecule expression in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 94 patients di-agnosed with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into Xiaoaiping group and XELOX group who received Xiaoaiping combined with XELOX therapy and XELOX therapy alone respectively.After four cycles of treatment,serum was collected to detect tumor marker levels,and gastric cancer tissue was collected to detect the expression of invasion-,proliferation- and apoptosis-related molecules.Results:After four cycles of treatment,serum CEA,CA1 99,TK-1,Pentraxin-3 and HE4 levels of Xiaoaiping group were significantly lower than those of XELOX group;ALDH1,CXCR4, CatE,CatS,CyclinD1,CDK4,CDC25B,Bcl-2 and Survivin expression in gastric cancer tissue of Xiaoaiping group were signif-icantly lower than those of XELOX group while Caspase-3,Caspase-9,PTEN and Beclin-1 expression were significantly higher than those of XELOX group.Conclusion:Xiaoaiping combined with intravenous chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer can more effectively kill cancer cells and inhibit cancer cell proliferation and invasion.%目的：：研究消癌平联合静脉化疗对晚期胃癌患者肿瘤标志分子含量及细胞活力分子表达的影响。方法：选择在我院诊断为晚期胃癌的94例患者并随机分为消癌平组和 XELOX 组，分别接受消癌平联合 XELOX 治疗以及单纯 XELOX 治疗。治疗4个周期后，采集血清中并检测肿瘤标志物的含量，采集胃癌组织并检测侵袭、增殖、凋亡相关分子的表达量。结果：治疗4个周期后，消癌平组血清中CEA、CA199、TK-1、Pentraxin-3、HE4的含量均显著低于 XELOX 组；消癌平组胃癌组织中 ALDH1、CXCR4、CatE、CatS、CyclinD1、CDK4、CDC25B、Bcl-2、Survivin 的表达量均显著低于 XELOX 组， Caspase-3、Caspase-9、PTEN、Beclin-1的表达量均显著高于 XELOX 组。结论：消癌平联合静脉化疗用于晚期胃癌治疗能够更为有效地杀伤癌细胞、抑制癌细胞的增殖和侵袭。
