阿托伐他汀钙联合阿司匹林对脑梗死患者血清 Hcy、NSE、UA、hs-CRP及炎性因子水平的影响

摘要

目的：：探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合阿司匹林对脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、尿酸(UA)、高敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及炎性因子水平的影响.方法：选择我院神经内科及华中科技大学附属中西医结合科收治的100例脑梗死患者，随机分成对照组和试验组，各50例.对照组给予阿司匹林治疗，试验组给予阿托伐他汀钙联合阿司匹林治疗，两组均给予治疗28 d.检测并比较两组治疗前后血清 Hcy、NSE、UA、hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8及 TNF-α水平.结果：治疗前，两组血清Hcy、NSE、UA 及 hs-CRP 水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P ＞0．05)；治疗后，两组血清 Hcy、NSE、UA及 hs-CRP 水平相比于治疗前均明显降低，并且试验组的以上各血清指标相比于对照组均明显偏低，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).治疗前，两组血清 IL-6、IL-8及 TNF-α水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P ＞0．05)；治疗后，两组血清 IL-6、IL-8及 TNF-α水平相比于治疗前均明显降低，并且试验组患者的以上各血清指标相比于对照组均明显偏低，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).结论：阿托伐他汀钙联合阿司匹林能够明显降低脑梗死患者血清 Hcy、NSE、UA、hs-CRP 及炎性因子水平.%[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the effects of Atorvastatin calciumcombined with Aspirin on serum levels of homocys-teine(Hcy),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),uric acid(UA),high sensitity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and inflammatory fac-tors of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction were treated in the Depart-ment of Neurology of our hospital and affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology of traditional Chinese medi-cine and Western Medicine.The subjects were divided into the control group (n =50)and treatment group (n =50)randomly. The control group were treated with Aspirin,the treatment group were treated with Atorvastatin calcium combined with Aspi-rin.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The serum levels of Hcy,NSE,UA,hs-CRP,interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:There were no significantly differences of the serum levels of the Hcy,NSE,UA and hs-CRP of the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of the Hcy,NSE,UA and hs-CRP of the two groups were significantly lower than be-fore treatment,and that of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).There were no sig-nificant differences of the serum levels of the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).After treat-ment,the serum levels of the IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and that of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin calcium combined with Aspirin can significantly reduce the serum levels of Hcy,NSE,UA,hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αof the patients with cerebral infarction.
