老年痴呆患者血清Hcy代谢状况与促炎及趋化因子、氧化应激反应的相关性

摘要

目的:探讨老年痴呆患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)代谢状况与促炎及趋化因子、氧化应激反应的相关性.方法:选择2012年8月~2016年6月间在本院确诊的老年痴呆症50例作为老年痴呆组,同期在本院进行体检的老年人50例作为正常对照组.对比两组研究对象血清中 Hcy、促炎因子、趋化因子、氧化应激指标含量的差异,采用Pearson检验评估老年痴呆患者血清 Hcy含量与病情的相关关系.结果:老年痴呆组患者血清中 Hcy 的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中促炎因子白介素(IL)-1、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中趋化因子单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、CCL2、RANTES的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中氧化应激指标活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、4-羟基壬烯酸(4-HNE)含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05).Pear-son检验发现,老年痴呆患者血清Hcy含量与促炎因子、趋化因子、氧化应激指标的含量均呈正相关关系(P<0.05).结论:老年痴呆患者血清 Hcy代谢障碍,与机体炎症反应、氧化应激反应发生密切相关.%Objective:To investigate the correlation of serum Hcy metabolism with pro-inflammatory factors,chemo-kines and oxidative stress response in patients with senile dementia.Methods:50 patients who were diagnosed with senile de-mentia in our hospital between August 2012 and June 2016 were selected as the senile dementia group,and 50 elderly patients who underwent physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group.The differ-ences in serum levels of Hcy,pro-inflammatory cytokines,chemokines and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups,and Pearson test was adopted to assess the correlation between serum Hcy level and illness.Results:Serum Hcy level of senile dementia group was higher than that of control group;serum pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α and CRP levels were higher than those of control group;serum chemokines MCP-1,CCL2 and RANTES levels were higher than those of control group;serum oxidative stress indexes ROS,MDA and 4-HNE contents were higher than those of control group.Pearson test showed that the serum Hcy level in patients with senile dementia was positively correlated with the levels of pro-inflammatory factors,chemokines and oxidative stress indexes.Conclusion:The serum Hcy metabolism disorder in pa-tients with senile dementia is closely related to the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.
