转管炮弹簧-金属橡胶缓冲器后坐特性研究

         

摘要

For the Gatling weapon,due to its high firing rate and the complex characteristics of recoil,reducing the recoil resistance and enhancing firing precision becomes an important research topic for the improvement of the performance of Gatling weapon system.Designed was a buffer which makes use of new materials in metal rubber as the main damping material and the circular spring which has effective cushioning performance as the main elastic element with the recoil motion differential equation of the Gatling gun established.On the basis of the equation, with MATLAB used to simulate and analyze what happened when the shape factor of metal rubber was changed,it was derived that the shape factor of metal rubber is inversely proportional to its stiffness coefficient.The simulation results show that the buffer which loads the metal rubber can better reduce the Gatling gun recoil resistance.Consequently,there is a great significance for metal rubber to improve the firing precision and stability of the Gatling gun.%转管武器由于射速高、后坐特性复杂,所以减小后坐阻力、提高射击精度成为提高转管武器系统性能的重要研究课题.设计了一种采用新型材料金属橡胶作为主要阻尼材料,具有高效缓冲性能的环形弹簧作为主要弹性元件的转管炮缓冲器,建立了转管炮后坐运动微分方程,利用MATLAB对缓冲器金属橡胶在不同形状因子情况下对后坐的影响进行仿真分析,得到金属橡胶形状因子与其刚度系数成反比.仿真结果表明:加载金属橡胶的缓冲器能更好地减小转管炮后坐阻力,金属橡胶对于提高转管炮射击精度和稳定性具有一定意义.
