中国省级能源效率及其影响因素分析

摘要

使用基于不变规模报酬的DEA方法，将传统三要素投入扩充为包括人力资本在内的四要素模型，对2005—2012年30个省、市、自治区的能源效率进行测度；进一步，以省际能源效率为被解释变量，使用固定效应面板数据模型实证分析了经济发展水平、产业结构、对外开放程度、所有制结构、能源消费结构以及技术水平对该时期能源效率的影响效果。%In this paper,improving traditional three-inputs model to four-inputs model,which including human capital,we use CRS-based DEA method to calculate energy efficiency of thirty districts in China from year 2005 to 2012.Further,we use fixed-effects panel data model to empirically analyze the effects of economic growth level,industrial structure,open-ness level,ownership structure,energy structure and technology level.
