有组织犯罪现状及对策分析

摘要

当前我国有组织犯罪正处于滋生、蔓延的活跃时期,出现了许多新特点和变化,如涉足行业增多;经济实力增强;组织倾向＂合法化＂;手段趋向＂软暴力化＂等。有组织犯罪对社会危害很大,思考有组织犯罪新变化,更有助于破解打击难题,探索治本之策。%In nowadays the organized crimes have gradually spread through our country and transformed into various new features.The new organized crimes started to permeate into more and more ordinary businesses instead of imitating in a few traditional criminal businesses.Moreover,their economic power has clearly been enhanced and their organizations were covered by the legitimate agency,which makes their crimes seems less violent to be notice.Consequently,these new organized crimes actually deeply affect our society.This article indicates the tendency of the organized crimes and rethinks the new development of the organized crimes,it will contribute to solve the problem in the struggle against organized crimes and explore the basic strategy.
