在中国民族典籍英译理论与实践,汪榕培先生高瞻远瞩,敢为人先,勤奋工作.既重视翻译实践,又加强理论探索.聚拢团结一批有志于民族典籍英译的中青年学者译家,率先垂范,联传帮带,开创少数民族典籍英译事业的新天地.摇旗呐喊,鼓励中国译者"译出"民族典籍,推动中华文化"译出"事业,助力中华文化"走出去",是中青年外语学者的学习楷模.%Mr. Wang Rongpei is most daring, hardworking and forward-looking in the English translation of Chinese national classics, both in theory and practice. He can always gather around him a group of young and middle-aged scholars and translators with similar interest, opening new research fields, encouraging Chinese translators in their outgoing translating of Chinese cultural classics.
