泛北部湾区域经济视野下广西高校旅游管理学科发展保障机制研究

摘要

泛北部湾区域合作的发展为广西高校旅游管理重点学科的发展提出了新的课题。研究认为广西高校旅游管理重点学科发展中保障机制是一项系统工程,发展过程中可基于系统理论构建有效的合作联动机制,包括建立泛北部湾区域高校旅游管理重点建设学科教育教学改革工作领导小组、建立高校衔接落实制度等措施。其次在提升广西高校旅游管理专业师资质量方面,要重视教师的观念更新、创新人事管理制度、通过＂三个重点＂完善培养和培训体系。最后建议广西高校国际化,尝试在泛北部湾8个国家开办海外分校,校园文化建设中要营造泛北部湾地区各国的文化氛围等。%The development of the Pan-Beibu Gulf regional cooperation provides new topics for the development of the key disciplines of tourism management in Guangxi's universities and colleges.The authoress proposes the establishment of the leading group of education and teaching reform work of the key disciplines of college tourism management and its guarantee mechanism in Guangxi's universities and colleges.Secondly,she suggests improving the college teachers' quality of tourism management.Finally,she proposes that Guangxi's universities and colleges should run overseas campuses in Pan-Beibu Gulf region and create the cultural atmosphere ofthe countries in college campuses.
