不同时期紫苏对羟自由基致DNA损伤保护作用的研究

         

摘要

紫苏是在我国广泛分布的唇形科植物,其含有多种具有生理活性的化学成分。本文的主要目的:利用DNA保护模型,不同时期紫苏对羟自由基致DNA损伤保护作用的能力进行研究和探讨,同时对提取紫苏的最佳溶剂进行研究。实验方法:主要是通过脱氧核糖氧化损伤的实验检测模型,实验结果:尽管紫苏的生长时期不同,但作为紫苏的最佳提取溶剂都是乙酸乙酯;10月份紫苏叶提取物对羟自由基致DNA损伤保护能力最强,超过了众所周知的抗氧化活性非常好的芦丁。结论:紫苏是传统的药食两用植物,具有多种药用功效,本研究表明:不同时期的紫苏都可以抑制Fenton反应对2-脱氧核糖的氧化损伤,具有对羟自由基致DNA损伤有很好的保护作用,该法可用于评价食品中对羟基自由基致DNA损伤的保护作用。%Perilla is a labiatae plant widely distributed in China, containing a variety of chemical composition with physiological activity. The main purpose of this paper is to research and discuss the protective effect of perilla on the damage of DNA induced by hydroxyl free radical in different periods, using DNA protection model, and also studies the optimal solvent on extraction of Perilla frutescens. Its ex-perimental methods: testing the model mainly through the experiment of oxidative damage in the DNA dna. The results: Although the growth period was different, but as the best extraction solvent is ethyl acetate of Perilla frutescens. In October the perilla leaf extract pro-tects the damage of DNA induced by hydroxyl free radical best and is better than rutin, as everyone knows very well. The conclusion:Perilla frutescens is a traditional medicinal and edible plant, which has many medicinal efficacy. This study shows that:Perilla in differ-ent periods can inhibit the oxidative damage of Fenton to 2- deoxyribose, and protect the damage of DNA induced by hydroxyl free radical well. The method can be used to evaluate the protection of DNA damage induced by hydroxyl radical evaluation in food.
