Objective To establish a new method to analyze roots and stems of Ilex asprella from different habitats by infrared (IR) spectra. Methods Roots and stems of Ilex asprella from different habitats were used as test samples, which were directly compressed together with potassium bromide ( KBr) and determined by conventional Fourier transform infrared ( FTIR) spectroscopy combined with second derivative IR spectra. Results Certain differences were shown in the results of IR spectra of roots and stems of Ilex asprella with different collection time and from different habitats. Conclusion Compared with other methods, the established method is simple, rapid, and high efficient without pollution or complicated pre-processing, which provides overall information for the quality evaluation of medicinal material of Ilex asprella.%[目的]建立不同产地岗梅根、茎的红外光谱分析方法.[方法]以不同产地岗梅根、茎作为研究对象,采用KBr压片法制样测定,对其红外光谱、二阶导数谱进行分析研究.[结果]不同采收时间、不同产地岗梅根和岗梅茎样品的红外光谱图、二阶导数谱图显示出一定的差异性.[结论]与其他分析方法比较,该方法具有操作简单、速度快、效率高、无污染、无需复杂的前处理等优点,可提供大量整体信息,为岗梅药材的质量控制提供了新方法.
