善意妒忌和恶意妒忌:解析源自向上社会比较情绪的不同动机

     

摘要

The envy proper theory conceptualized envy as a unitary variable including hostility.Recently, more and more researchers pointed out and found that envy may be benign or malicious.These two kinds of envy re-spectively have different effects on outcomes through different mechanisms.However,an important question,which prevents researchers from studying antecedents of malicious envy and benign envy and mechanisms for their influ-ences in depth is that there is no widely acceptable and suitable scale for measuring these two subtypes of envy. According to the envy classification theory,and by adopting the content analysis and questionnaire survey,we found through research that the scale of benign envy and malicious envy showed better reliability and validity,with the be-nign envy being positively related to the sense of control and procedural justice,and malicious envy being negatively correlated with the sense of control and the procedural justice.Furthermore,in situations where the unique unidi-mensional envy,the unique benign envy,the malicious envy and situational unidimensional envy are under control, the benign envy still positively relates to work efforts,and the malicious envy is positively related to moral disen-gagement.%妒忌本有理论将妒忌视为一种带有敌意的单维度变量,近来,越来越多的研究者发现并指出,存在善意和恶意两种类型的妒忌,且善意妒忌和恶意妒忌分别通过不同机制对结果产生不同影响.然而,阻碍研究者深入研究其根源及其不同影响机制的重要问题是没有适用于工作场所的善意妒忌和恶意妒忌测量工具.根据妒忌分类理论,采用内容分析和问卷调查法,通过相关研究表明,情景性善意妒忌和恶意妒忌量表有较好的信效度;善意妒忌和控制感、程序公平感正相关,而恶意妒忌和控制感、公平感负相关;而且,在控制特质性单维妒忌、特质性善意妒忌和恶意妒忌、情景性单维妒忌的情况下,善意妒忌仍然和工作努力正相关,恶意妒忌仍然和道德推脱正相关.
