减缩剂对湿拌砂浆干燥收缩的影响研究

摘要

湿拌砂浆的收缩是导致空鼓、开裂和脱落问题发生的主要原因, 随着绿色建筑的推广与发展, 湿拌砂浆的应用范围和使用量大幅度增加, 如何降低湿拌砂浆的收缩成为绿色建筑发展过程中亟待解决的问题.为了减少砂浆的收缩, 文章采用在湿拌砂浆中加入减缩剂的技术手段, 研究了减缩剂对湿拌砂浆干燥收缩、抗压、抗折、压折比、吸水率等性能的影响.%The shrinkage of wet-mixed mortat is the main cause of hollowing, cracking and shedding. With the promotion and development of green buildings, the application scope and usage of wet-mixed mortar have been in great demand. How to reduce the shrinkage of wet mixed mortar has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development process of green buildings. In order to reduce the shrinkage of mortar, in this paper, the effect of shrinkage reducing agent on the drying shrinkage, compression resistance, folding resistance, compression ratio and water absorption of wet mortar was studied by the Technical means of adding shrinkage reducing agent into the wet-mixed mortar.
