应用证据理论预防船舶大风浪中沉没

摘要

大风浪航行一直是个航运界密切关注的课题，通过分析风浪对船舶的影响，采用证据理论对船舶大风浪航行安全进行定量的评估，获知船舶航行的风险情况，并提出有效的防范措施，降低船舶发生事故的可能性。%Ship navigating in heavy sea is a close attention topic in shipping industry, this paper analyzes the factors of ship affected by storm wave,evaluates the safety of ship navigating in heavy sea by using evidence theory, obtains the risk of ship navigation,and puts forward the effective preventive measures to reduce the probability of ship accident occurrence.
