高职院校教师职称评聘存在的问题与对策

         

摘要

近年来有关高职院校教师职称评聘改革的呼声日趋强烈,探索区别于普通高等学校的高职院校教师职称评审模式,成了高等职业进一步发展的推手,许多教育理论研究者和实际工作者业已进行了研究。文章从梳理高职院校教师职称评聘走过的历程入手,反思了以往职称评聘工作中存在的主要问题,进而结合高等职业教育的特点,提出了改进高职院校教师职称评聘工作的路子。%Recently the calling for a reform in the conferring and employing of higher vocational college teachers' professional titles is stronger and stronger. To help higher vocational education developing, a different conferring and employing mode of teachers' professional titles should be explored into. Many researchers of education theory and practice have already looked into this problem. This paper starts from the history of the conferring and employing of higher vocational college teachers' professional titles, rethinks problems that exist and puts forward a way of improving this mode which is combined with features of higher vocational education.
