本文拟结合高职教育人才培养教育的特点，探讨、分析和寻求积极有效的高职院校学生党员发展前后过程的教育方式、方法和途径，着力提高大学生党员培养质量。%Starting from the features of personnel training in higher vocational education, this article discusses effective ways and methods of educating student Party members in higher vocational colleges, aiming to improve the training quality of student Party members.
