农村合作金融机构改革效率研究--以百色市为例

摘要

This paper applies the DEA-Malmquist index method to analyze the reform efficiency of the rural cooperative financial institutions based on the case of 12 counties(districts)in Baise. And it also makes em-pirical analysis on the factors that lead to differences of the reform efficiency. The result shows that the main factors that lead to differences of the reform efficiency in Baise are:level of economic development,op-erative and management levels,and policy differences.%以百色市12个县（区）的农村合作金融机构为研究对象，利用DEA非参数Malmquist指数分析农村合作金融机构改革效率，并根据相关效率值实证分析影响其效率差异的因素。研究发现，经济发展水平、自身经营管理水平和政策的差异，是造成百色市农合机构改革成效存在较大差异的主要原因。
