民族地区以实习支教为核心的师范生培养模式改革初探——以广西师范学院为例

     

摘要

Teaching practice by the aid of teacher support is not only one of the main approaches for students of normal colleges to practice educational theory, but also an important form to reform the talent training mode in local teachers colleges. As a feeding-in point to reform the training mode of the students in local normal colleges for the purpose of strengthening normal education and promoting practical teaching ability, Guangxi Teachers Education University has actively been exploring the feasible way of reforming the training mode for students of normal colleges centered upon teaching practice and supporting education in the ethnic regions so as to boost normal college educational reform and improve the level of basic educa- tion in the ethnic regions.%实习支教是师范生教育理论实践化的主要途径,是激活地方师范院校人才培养模式改革的重要形式。广西师范学院以强化师范生教育教学实践能力作为地方高师院校教师教育人才培养模式改革的切入点,积极探索民族地区以实习支教为核心的师范生培养模式改革的可行性路径,为推进民族地区师范院校教育教学改革和提高民族地区基础教育水平提供借鉴参考。
