基于地方经济发展的金融人才培养创新及实践——以广西大学为例

摘要

After many years＇ development, the economy of Guangxi is particularly featured by four elements such as obviously stronger economic power, swifter industrialized advancement, much perfect basic facilities, as well as increasingly deeper opening to the outside world. As a regional comprehensive university, Guangxi University has taken Guangxi＇ s economic development as basic point, persisted in regional principle, international principle, and multiple principles, and carried out polybasic innovative target with pyramid pattern, to innovate talent cultivation from training target, curriculum setup, teaching staff, and teaching methodology in the cultivation and innovation of the financial talents. After years of practice, Guangxi University has achieved quite satisfied result in the cultivation of different kinds of financial talents.%经过多年的发展,广西的经济形成了经济实力明显增强、工业化进程加快、基础设施日臻完善及对外开放日益深化四个方面的特色。作为地方综合性高校,广西大学在金融人才培养创新方面要以广西经济发展特色为基点,坚持地方性原则、国际性原则及多样性原则,实施金字塔型的多元化创新目标,从培养方向、课程设置、教学团队及教学方法等方面来创新人才培养。经过几年的实践,广西大学各类金融人才的培养取得了较好的效果。
