论我国地方高校法学本科教育的发展思路*

摘要

教育部和中央政法委在2011年联合推出“卓越法律人才教育培养计划暠，以解决传统法学教育中存在的不足。但该计划无法覆盖600多所开办法律专业的高校，本文试从高校法学本科教育的存在的问题入手，结合广西高校关于专业特色定位的大讨论，探讨如何借“卓越计划暠改革之风，全面推行法律本科教育教学改革，特别是为地方高校的改革和发展提供一些思路。%The Ministry of Education and the Political and Judiciary Commission under the Center Committee of the CPC put forward a“training plan for outstanding law talents”to diminish the short-comings existed in traditional law education.However,this plan can't cover the 600-odd colleges and universities which set up law maj or.This paper tries to start from the existing problem of law ma-j ored by undergraduates,combine the discussion of professional characteristics in Guangxi colleges, analyze how to comprehensively implement the teaching reform of law education under the reform of“training plan,”especially to provide some thinking of reform and development for local colleges.
