时代和社会的发展对高校人才培养提出了越来越高的要求。针对地方师范院校体育教育专业人才培养存在的课程和知识结构的不合理以及培养模式单一化等问题，结合高等教育和基础教育改革的现实，提出了优化课程体系，构建融师范性、学科性、应用性和职业性为一体的体育教育人才培养模式；形成基础理论与应用实践并进，师范教育与专业技能相融，专业教育与素质教育一体的教学改革思路；探索全面提高体育教育专业大学生综合素质和培养质量的改革路径，为我国高等教育特别是地方师范院校人才培养改革提供参考。%The development of the times and society puts forward higher requirements to the per‐sonnel training for colleges and universities .In order to solve the problems (such as the unreasonable structure of curricula and knowledge ,the simplification of training mode ,i e. .) existing in the person‐nel training reform of physical education in the local normal colleges ,this paper ,based on the reality of higher education and basic education ,puts forwards the following measures‐to optimize the curricu‐lum system ,construct the personnel training model of physical education w hich is characterized by ed‐ucability ,disciplinarity ,applicability and professionality ;to build teaching reform thoughts by em‐phasizing on the basic theory and practice ,on the teacher education and professional skills ,and on the professional education ;and to explore the reform route to help comprehensively improve the overall quality and cultivation quality of the college students majoring in physical education .By proposing the above measures ,this paper intends to provide some reference for the personnel training reform of the higher education especially in the local normal colleges .
