教学型高校教师区分性绩效评价主体的选择研究

     

摘要

With the deepening of quality-based education and the implementation of innovative ed-ucation in our country,the development of higher education has a growing demand for university teachers’teaching ability.Differentiated performance evaluation of teachers’work is helpful to adopt targeted evaluation measures based on the characteristics of different types of teachers in universities, aiming at promoting different types of teacher’s professional development.This paper summarized different types of teachers’definition and characteristics through the methods of literature analysis and comparative study.Higher education should choose the evaluation subject for differentiated per-formance in teaching-oriented teachers in universities according to the principles and make a compara-tive study of the advantages and disadvantages of existing subj ect,pointing out several problems in order to provide some help.%随着我国素质教育的不断深化和创新教育的实施,高等教育发展对高校教师教育能力的要求越来越高。区分性教师绩效评价工作的开展有利于教学型高校根据不同类型教师的特点采取针对性评价措施,促进不同类别教师的专业成长。文章通过文献分析和比较研究等方法,总结、归纳出了新手、适应、成熟、专家、问题等教学型高校不同类型教师的含义和特点,按照教学型高校教师评价主体选择原则选择教学型高校不同类别教师有区分的绩效评价主体,并对各类评价主体存在的优势和不足进行了比较分析,指出了在选择教学型高校教师区分性绩效评价主体时应注意的几个问题,以此希望能够为教学型高校科学选择区分性的教师绩效评价主体提供一定的帮助。
