加快边远少数民族贫困山区发展,是中国"十三五"时期扶贫攻坚的重要使命.加快边远少数民族贫困地区民族村寨的旅游开发对当地社会、经济和生态协调发展具有极大的带动作用.通过对广西那坡县旅游扶贫条件及对那坡县黑衣壮村寨来访游客的感知及满意程度的调查分析认为,边远少数民族贫困山区少数民族村寨旅游开发必须:(1)加大招商引资力度,提供旅游开发资金保障,加强旅游服务设施的建设;(2)统筹规划,加强联合,打造具有"那文化"特色的民族旅游经济带;(3)加强"黑衣壮"特色文化的保护,提高旅游服务管理水平;(4)创新营销模式,拓宽旅游宣传渠道,加大旅游宣传促销的力度;(5)加强生态保护与旅游协调发展.%To accelerate the development of poor mountainous areas of remote ethnic groups is an important mission of China's "13th Five-Year Plan" period for poverty alleviation.To accelerate the development of tourism in remote and poor ethnic villages has a great role in promoting the local social, economic and ecological development.This study investigated and analyzed the condition of tourism poverty alleviation in Napo County and the tourists' perception and satisfaction degree to Heiyi Zhuang Villages in Napo County, Guangxi.The study indicates that the tourism development of the ethnic villages in the remote mountainous areas must: firstly, to increase investment attraction, provide funds for tourism development, and strengthen the construction of tourism service facilities;secondly, to make overall plans, strengthen unity, create a "Na culture" characteristics of the ethnic tourism economic bethirdly, to strengthen the protection of "Heiyi-Zhuang" unique culture, improve the level of tourism service management;fourthly, to create new marketing mode, broaden the channels of tourism publicity, increase the intensity of tourism publicity and promotion;and finally, to strengthen the coordinated development of ecological protection and tourism.
