金融发展、市场化水平与产业结构升级——基于中国省际面板数据的实证分析

随着我国经济进入新常态,推动经济转型升级已迫在眉睫.在整体上,中国金融发展与市场化水平对产业结构升级具有正向的推动作用;在分地区上,东部地区和西部地区与全国的结果基本一致,西部地区的回归系数偏小,中部金融发展对产业结构升级具有负向作用,市场化水平对产业结构升级具有正向作用,但显著性水平相对较低.通过实证分析,可以发现东、中、西部出现不同的回归结果,这说明我国在发展上存在空间非均衡性的特点.因此,在制定区域发展政策时,相关部门既要保持全局意识又要注重地区差异,保证政策的科学性和全面性.%Under the circumstance of China's new normal, promoting economic restructuring and upgrading is a matter of great urgency.Taking it all round, China'sfinancial development and marketization level exert a positive effect on upgrading industrial structure, and, geographically, the results of the eastern and western regions are basically consistent with the national region.The regression coefficient of the western part is small, and the financial development of the central region exert a negative effect on upgrading industrial structure, which proves that the level of marketization has a positive influence on the upgrading of industrial structure but the level of significance is relatively low.Through empirical analysis,this paper mainly verifies the theoretical analysis and the research hypothesis, and the different regression results of the eastern and western regions indicates the characteristic of spatial disproportionality on China's development.Therefore, in the formulation of regional development policy, the relevant departments are supposed not only to maintain global awareness but also to pay attention to regional disparities, guaranteeing the scientificity and comprehensiveness of the policies.
