发挥党委中心组学习功能 推进高校健康可持续发展——以广西民族师范学院为例

The learning of the university central group of the party committee is strengthening the leadership theory learning, ideological construction, the decision-making level, an important way to enhance the leadership cohesion and combat effectiveness, an important platform to brainstorm. In order to give full play to the learning function, the university central group should strengthen the system to protect its effectiveness, improve leaders' ideological and political quality and the ability of managing the overall work, adhere to the learning to use and focus on achievements to promote the development of school science.%高校党委中心组学习是加强领导班子理论学习、思想建设,提高学校领导班子办学治校能力和决策水平,增强领导班子凝聚力和战斗力的重要途径,是学校党政集思广益、形成共识的重要平台。为充分发挥学习功能,高校党委中心组要加强制度建设,保障中心组学习有效开展;加强思想理论建设,提高领导干部思想政治素质和驾驭工作全局的能力;坚持学以至用,着力于成果转化,推动学校科学发展。
