基于HZC的汉字能力界定与构成研究

摘要

Chinese characters are the written symbol system of recording Chinese, and the character ability is the key component of Chinese character users' comprehensive quality. In the background of vigorous implementation of the National Chinese character application level test (HZC), this paper defines the concept of Chinese character ability by using the theories and methods of philology and sociolinguistics, and discusses the constitution of Chinese character ability from the following aspects, such as: reading the character pronunciation rightly, understanding the character meaning properly as well as writing the character pattern correctly.%汉字是记录汉语的书写符号系统,汉字能力是汉字使用者综合素质的关键组成部分.在大力实施全国汉字应用水平测试(HZC)的背景下,运用文字学及社会语言学的理论与方法,对汉字能力的概念进行界定,并从正确认读字音、正确了解字义、正确书写字形等方面对汉字能力的构成进行探讨,认为通过探讨可为政府、社会、汉字使用者实施汉字能力提升工程奠定基础和明确目标.
