龙脷叶乙酸乙酯萃取物液相色谱—质谱联用分析及体外抗菌活性的实验研究

     

摘要

目的:分析和鉴定龙脷叶乙酸乙酯萃取物的化学成分,研究其体外抗菌活性.方法:采用水提醇沉法对龙脷叶进行提取,然后使用乙醇乙酯萃取分离,得到龙脷叶乙酸乙酯萃取物,液相色谱—质谱联用分析和鉴定其化学成分,测定各组分的相对含量.二倍连续稀释法测定待测液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC).结果:乙酸乙酯萃取物中,21个离子强度较大的色谱峰被检测到,初步鉴定其中21个成分.体外抗菌实验显示龙脷叶乙酸乙酯萃取液对各种供试菌具有良好的抗菌效果.结论:龙脷叶乙酸乙酯萃取液对部分常见细菌具有良好的抗菌效果,具有开发利用价值.%Objective:To analyze and identify the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extracts from Sauropus spatuli folius Beille,and study their antibacterial activities in vitro.Methods:Extracts from Sauropus spatuli folius Beille were obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,then the extracts were extracted and separated by ethanol ethyl ester.The chemical compositions were analyzed and identified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) , and the relative content of each component was determined. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the solution were determined by double continuous dilution method.Results:In the ethyl acetate extracts,21 chromatographic peaks with strong strength of ionic were detected.A total of 21components were preliminary identified among them.In vitro antimicrobial test showed that the extracts from Sauropus spatuli folius Beille had a good antimicrobial effect on various tested bacteria.Conclusion:The extracts from Sauropus spatuli folius Beille had a good antimicrobial effect on some common bacteria and were valuable for development and utilization.
