益生菌含片联合基础牙周治疗对慢性牙周炎患者口腔致病菌及口臭症状的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of probiotics lozenges combined with basic periodontal treatment on oral pathogenic bacteria and halitosis in patients with chronic periodontitis (CP).Methods:A total of 340 patients with CP admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the probiotics group and the control group,with 170 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received basic periodontal treatment,and those in the probiotics group were treated as the control group with addition of probiotics lozenges.The curative effect,oral pathogenic bacteria,halitosis and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total response rate of the probiotics group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.06％ vs.87.65％) (P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the dental plaque index (PLI),gingival bleeding index (BI),oral volatile sulfide (VSCs) level and oral sensory value (OS) in the probiotics group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusion..Probiotics lozenges combined with basic periodontal treatment could attenuate periodontal inflammation,reduce oral pathogenic bacteria and relieve halitosis.%目的:探讨益生菌含片联合基础牙周治疗对慢性牙周炎患者口腔致病菌及口臭症状的影响.方法:选取2014年10月至2016年10月本院收治的340例慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法分为益生菌组与对照组,每组170例.对照组给予牙周常规治疗,益生菌组在对照组基础上给予益生菌含片治疗.比较两组治疗效果、口腔致病菌、口臭改善及不良反应发生情况.结果:益生菌组治疗总有效率为97.06％,显著高于对照组的87.65％ (P ＜0.05).治疗4周后益生菌组牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、口腔挥发性硫化物(VSCs)水平、口气感官值(OS)均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.05).两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:益生菌含片联合基础牙周治疗可以减轻牙周炎症状态,减少口腔致病菌,改善口臭症状.
