ICP-MS法测定壮药了刁竹中5种重金属元素的含量

     

摘要

目的:测定不同产地壮药了刁竹重金属元素的含量,了解该药材重金属污染情况.方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,在线加入内标校正定量分析方法测定了刁竹药材中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和铜(Cu)元素含量;其中Cu、As用钪(Sc)作为内标,Cd用铟(In)作为内标,Pb、Hg用铋(Bi)作为内标.结果:10批不同产地了刁竹样品均检出上述5种重金属元素,各元素含量范围为:Pb 0.230 1~0.683 6mg/kg,Cd0.071 7~0.195 7 mg/kg,As 0.025 0~0.075 0 mg/kg,Hg 4.279 4~7.794 6 μg/kg,Cu 0.994 3~1.544 4 mg/kg.结论:10批样品均检出一定量的重金属元素,但含量均未超出《中国药典》2015年版(一部)对中药材规定的相关限度.%Objective:To quantify the contents of heavy metal elements in Zhuang medicine Cynanchum Paniculatum (Bunge) Kitagawa from different areas,and to understand its heavy metal pollution.Methods:Determination ofPb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu contents in C.Paniculatum (Bunge) Kitagawa by ICP-MS with internal standard calibration and quantitative analysis.Cu and As used Sc as internal standard,Cd used In as internal standard,Pb and Hg used Bi as internal standard.Results:The total content of each element in the 10 samples of C.Paniculatum (Bunge) Kitagawa from different areas were detected,content range of each element were:Pb 0.2301-0.6836 mg/kg,Cd 0.0717-0.1957 mg/kg,As 0.0250-0.0750 mg/kg,Hg 4.2794-7.7946 μg/ kg,Cu 0.9943-1.5444 mg/kg.Conclusion:10 batches of samples were detected a certain amount of heavy metals,but the content did not exceed the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 version of a Chinese herbal medicine related provisions of the limit.
