基于胜任力视角的高职院校专业教师绩效管理浅析

         

摘要

The theory of competency ,as the research focus in the field of human resource management ,has gained widespread attention in china in recent years .Enhancing the competency of professional teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges to promote the effective implementa-tion of the overall strategic goal of higher vocational colleges ,is the important content of performance management in Higher Vocational Col-leges .The paper ,from the perspective of the competency theory , analyses the problems of the performance management of professional teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges ,and tries to construct the performance management system based on competency theory .%胜任力作为人力资源管理的热点研究领域 ,近年来已在我国得到普遍的重视.提升高职院校专业教师的胜任力以促进高职院校整体战略目标的有效实施 ,是高职院校绩效管理的重要内容.此文基于胜任力的视角 ,对高职院校专业教师绩效管理中存在的问题进行分析 ,并尝试性地构建了基于胜任力视角的高职院校专业教师绩效管理体系.
