焦虑与虚妄的“自我”建构--米兰·昆德拉小说《身份》细读

摘要

米兰·昆德拉的小说《身份》，探讨了现代社会中个人对于“自我”身份的建构可能。小说在一对中年情侣的情感聚散中，阐明了个人既无法自外于整个世界来建构起自己的身份，也不可能躲进心设的爱情中证明自身的存在，而在来自“他者”的目光凝视下，独立的“自我”身份更是脆弱无比。由此小说中也弥散着昆德拉创作中一贯的虚无感。%Milan Kundera’s work Identity discusses the possibility of developing an independent ego identity in modern life. With a story between two lovers of middle age,the writer expounds his view that one is not able to develop his identity while lying outside the world,nor is he able to develop his identity by hiding in love. Besides, the so called identity is very fragile in the gaze of“the other”. Hopelessness spreads in this novel just as in his other works.
