基于 MINITAB 的直流锅炉氧量控制分析

摘要

The article mainly compares the common oxygen content control curve of 600MW direct-current boiler. By using of the advanced statistical and analysis tools of MINITAB to identify the best range of oxygen content of 600MW direct-current Boiler, the oxygen content control curve is optimized. The boiler exhaust heat loss is therefore reduced, the boiler efficiency improved and the adjustment of boiler combustion instructed.%　　对比600MW 直流锅炉常用氧量调整经验曲线，利用 MINITAB 高级统计分析工具，找出600MW 直流锅炉各负荷段氧量的最佳范围，优化氧量运行曲线，降低锅炉排烟损失，提高锅炉效率，指导运行调整。
