在儒家关系主义文化背景下，研究生的学术道德深受“人情”、“关系”、“面子”等因素的影响，通过走人情路线，拉关系发表论文在研究生中广泛存在；多数老师碍于面子不情愿揭发学术不端的研究生，个别学生为了蝇头小利甘愿当枪手，替人写论文。很多研究生在关系思维与科学态度之间迷失了方向，对待科学数据不严谨。我们要做的是健全学术规范，推行学术制度的监督和惩罚机制。%In the Confucianism relationalism culture background, the graduate student’s academic moralities are influenced by “Human Relationship, Guanxi and Face” and other factors. The phenomenon to publish papers through relationship is widespread among the graduate students. A large number of teachers are not willing to unveil the academic misconduct of the graduates due to other teachers’ face. Some students are driven to write papers for others by little interest. Many graduate students lost their way, or don’t have a rigorous attitude toward scientific data when faced the relationship between Guanxi and scientific attitude. Thus we should perfect the academic standard and strengthen the supervision and punishment mechanism within academic system.
