对高校英才教育课程设计与实施的探讨--以广东海洋大学双百班为例

         

摘要

Through desk study and interviews, the paper explores the gifted and talented provisions in the Faculty of Foreign Studies of Guangdong Ocean University and compares the accelerated curriculum with the enriched curriculum. It reaches a conclusion that an enriched curriculum is effective for gifted and talented education thanks to its proper class arrangement, enriched curriculum and teaching method, individualized program and appropriate elimination measures. To enhance the quality of gifted and talented education, it is suggested that the school perfect its dissemination of the program in advance, adopt diversified selecting methods, improve the quality of its teaching staff, utilize school and public resources and intensify differentiation in class.%通过对广东海洋大学“双百工程”课程设置的调查研究,并结合加速式和增益式学习模式进行对比分析,结果表明,在高校实施增益式的英才教育课程设置有利于高校创新人才的培养,具体得益于其合理的班级组织形式、增益式的教学内容和教学方式、个性化的培养方案以及适当的激励措施。为了进一步提高高校英才教育的教学质量,建议完善选拔阶段的信息普及,采取并结合更多样化的选拔方式,加强师资队伍建设,充分利用各方资源并加强分化教学。
