面向校企深度合作的高职院校内部管理改革方向与策略

         

摘要

校企深度合作作为高职院校内涵发展的重要途径之一,具有利益高度卷入,合作领域和内容多领域和多维度,合作长期稳定且具有发展性,以及合作机制科学高效、互利共赢等特征。校企深度合作的实现有赖于高职院校开展内部管理改革,高职院校的内部管理改革应朝开放性、服务性、灵活性和多元化方向发展,应进一步转变办学理念、形成开放自主办学理念,加快权力下放和管理重心下移,激活内部组织活力与热情,面向校企合作需求、深化人事聘任与分配制度改革,全面实施校企合作项目化管理方式等。%Profound cooperation in higher vocational colleges as one of the important ways of the development of connotation, has features of interests in height, cooperation areas and the content extensive fields and multi-dimension, cooperation and development with the long-term stability and cooperation mechanism, scientific and efficient, mutual benefit and win-win results. Profound cooperation depends on the realization of the vocational institutions in- ternal management reform in higher vocational colleges, the internal management reform should be open, the service, flexible and diversified development direction, we should further change school idea, to form an open independent school idea, to speed up the empowerment and management center of gravity, activate the internal organization vigor down with enthusiasm, facing the school-enterprise cooperation needs, deepening the reform of personnel distribution system, with the full implementation of the cooperation between colleges managing by project way, etc.
