在国家政策大力提倡高职院校专业发展与地区产业对接的背景下,分析珠三角地区建筑装饰企业发展状况及人才需求,从人才培养模式、课程设置、教学团队方面提出对策与建议,提出“321”创新人才培养模式,应用学习成效金字塔理论,以教学过程为任务驱动,设置教学模块,健全教学质量保障体系,从上而下实现教师技能培训,完善教师团队建设,从而提高区域人才培养的匹配度。%With the national policy strongly promoting the docking of college Programs with regional industry, this paper analyzes PRD architectural enterprise development and their demands for talent, puts forward the"321"inno-vative training model as countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of personnel training mode, curricu-lum and teaching team. This model, based on the pyramid theory of learning effectiveness, sets up teaching modules and improve teaching quality assurance system from the top down to achieve improving teachers' skill training, team building and thereby improving the matching area of personnel training a result.
