在国家政策大力发展职业教育的背景下，通过研究职业教育与区域产业对接现状与对接模式特点，结合珠三角地区经济发展特点与建筑装饰人才需求，提出“321”模式和建设校中厂平台，实施“走出去、引进来“策略，学生走出去进行企业实习，工作与教学结合；校内教学引进企业实际项目，引进企业工作平台，为区域经济发展培养合格的人才。%With beneficial policies from the government ,the paper puts forward the “321” mode and the construction of the factory platform on the basis of studying status of vocational education and regional industry docking ,combined with the economic development characteristics of Pearl River Delta and de-mand of architectural decoration technicians .The paper supports the implementation of “going out and bringing in” strategy ,with students going out to intern in companies ,combining working with teaching , encouraging the introduction of practical project and enterprise w ork platform ,nurturing qualified talents for development of regional economy .
