江苏省中高职衔接的困境及策略

     

摘要

江苏省近年来积极推进中高职衔接,经过几年的发展和探索,在规模、质量、社会影响等方面都取得了显著的成就。但在实践的过程中,由于政策滞后、权责模糊、专业脱节、管理缺位等原因,在知识体系、招生制度、专业设置、教学管理等多个方面存在着一些困境。为有效促进江苏省中高职衔接的可持续发展,继续发挥江苏省在全国职教体系中的示范引领作用,江苏省下一步需要继续夯实实训环节、完善政策引领、引进DACUM职业分析以及建立“区域联盟”管理模式来解决当前困境。%In recent years, we actively promote the connection between secondary and higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province. With several years of development and exploration, remarkable achievements have been made in both the scale quality and the social influence. However, due to the lag of policy, blurred responsibilities, lack of man-agement and other reasons, some difficulties arise in practice in many aspects, such as the knowledge system, enroll-ment system, professional settings, teaching management and etc. To effectively promote the sustainable develop-ment of the connection and to play the demonstration leading role for Jiangsu Province in the national vocational edu-cation system, we need to reinforce the training session in the next step, perfect the policy lead, introduce DA-CUM(Developing A Curriculum) profession analysis and establish a regional alliance management mode to solve the current predicament.
