By using the method of literature review, interview and field investigation, the paper explored the distributed type structure and regional structure of traditional sports intangible cultural heritage in Jiangsu province, and the protection dilemma, such as living space reduction, lack of funding, inheritor, protection awareness and legislation, and not having integrity protection and inheritance planning. Hereby, someprotection strategies were given as follows: to increase protection awareness, use productive mode protection, expand talent training mode; apply digitalized protection and perfect correlative laws and regulations.%基于文献、访谈、田野调查等方法, 针对江苏省传统体育非物质文化遗产的类型结构和区域结构分布不均衡的特点以及生存空间受到挤压、保障经费相对不足、传承人的断层、大众保护意识相对淡薄、保护法规制度建设不完善、保护和传承缺乏整体性规划等保护传承困境, 提出传承保护策略:提升大众保护和传承意识, 推动实现生产性方式保护, 拓展非遗传承人才培养模式, 创新数字化保护方式, 完善法规制度体系等.
