坚持问题导向，推进资助育人工作的思考--以广东交通职业技术学院为例

文中围绕立德树人根本任务，以生为本，探讨坚持需求导向、能力导向、责任导向相结合，树立“知识传授、能力培养、人格塑造”三位一体的育人理念，积极推进资助育人工作。%Taking the morality establishment and humanity cultivation as the fundamental task of education and in-sisting on the principle of need-oriented, ability-oriented and responsibility-oriented combination, this paper propos-es advancing the funding projects at higher vocational colleges with the education concept of combing knowledge, ability training and shaping of personality.
