高职酒店管理专业双语教学模式研究

摘要

该文研究如何在高职酒店管理专业开展双语教学，使教学理念、教材内容、教学资源、师资队伍、教学方法和课程评价等与国际接轨，拓展学生国际视野，培养学生具备应有的国际交流能力。笔者根据多年来对双语教学的研究和实践，构建出较为适合高职酒店管理专业的行之有效的双语教学模式。%This thesis makes a research on how to develop bilingual teaching of higher vocational hotel management major. In order to expand the students’international view and to train the international communicative competence, the teaching ideas, teaching material, teaching resources, teaching staff, teaching methods and course evaluation etc. should act on international convention. According to the research and practice on bilingual teaching for years, the author builds up an effective bilingual teaching model which is quite adequate for the higher vocational hotel management major.
