新型刚性真空吸盘的动力学分析与应用

摘要

In order to develop the application fields of the suction cup,this paper designs a new kind of rigid suction cups. to assure the safety of the type, the paper carries out a statics and dynamics study of the new rigid suction cup under two typical installation way, and achieves the suction formulas.the measurement of the new rigid suction cup for idiographic production and the response time of the new cup. All of studies mentioned aboveprovides references for the future design of Rigid suction cups.%为拓展真空吸盘应用领域而设计新型刚性真空吸盘，以确保新型刚性真空吸盘的安全性，对新型刚性真空吸盘的两种典型安装方式进行了静力学和动力学的研究，得出了吸持力计算公式以及针对具体产品所需要的吸盘主要尺寸和吸附响应时间的计算公式，为新型刚性真空吸盘的设计与应用提供依据。
