色谱分析中色谱柱的安装和维护

探讨了在环境监测等领域利用气相色谱分析有机物时,如何正确安装色谱柱,分析了老化和测试色谱柱、色谱柱性能下降的原因及如何保存色谱柱,结合色谱分析工作的经验提出了相应解决问题的措施,对色谱分析工作者有一定的借鉴作用.%This paper mainly discussed how to analyze organic matter by gas chromatography in the area of environmental monitoring.It also analyzed how to correctly install the column, aging and test the chromatographic column, the reasons for the decline of the performance of the chromatographic column and how to save the column.Combined with their own experience in the work of chromatography, the corresponding measures were proposed to solve the problem, which is helpful to the workers of chromatographic analysis.
