对新时期青少年榜样教育的几点思考

Example education has always been an irreplaceable role in people's socialization process. Especially in the new era of socialist modernization, the example is an important way of promoting the teenagers’ observational learning. It plays the important role of incentives to strengthen, value-oriented, behavior with reference for the teenagers. The example reflects the psychology of education advantage should not be overlooked. However, there are some problems existing in the traditional example education. In view of the existing problems, some appropriate solution strategies should be taken, in order to make the example education to play its proper education value better and have a better psychological guidance for the teenagers in the new period.%榜样教育自古就在人的社会化过程中具有不可替代的教育作用。尤其是社会主义现代化建设新时期，榜样是青少年观察学习的重要途径，对青少年具有激励强化、价值导向、行为参照等重要作用。榜样教育所体现出的心理学优势越来越不容忽视。但是，传统的榜样教育存在着一些问题。针对存在的问题，应采取适当的解决策略，以使榜样教育能够更好地发挥其应有的教育价值，对新时期青少年进行更好的心理引导。
