Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2耐磨减摩复合镀层的制备及性能研究

             

摘要

在金属表面制备高硬度、耐磨损且摩擦系数低的功能涂层,可以有效减少摩擦功耗,延长机械设备的使用寿命。采用化学复合镀方法,在不锈钢基质上实现Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2镀层的镀覆,并对镀层的表面形貌、微观结构、成分、硬度、摩擦学性能和耐蚀性等进行了测试和分析,研究结果表明,Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2镀层表面平整,由胞状物和分布均匀的复合颗粒组成;镀层中P的含量在5%~8%之间,属于中磷镀层。与同等实验条件下的二元合金镀层 Ni-P-SiC-WS2镀层相比,由于 W的共沉积,三元合金镀层 Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2的微观硬度、腐蚀性能和耐磨性均有所提高,同时自润滑性能更加优异。%The functional coating owning high microhardness,wear resistance and low friction coefficient on metal surface can reduce friction power consumption and prolong the service life of mechanical equipment.Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2 composite coatings were deposited on the stainless steel substrate by electroless plating in this pa-per.Meanwhile,the surface morphology,microstructure,composition,microhardness,tribological properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed.Results showed that the surface of Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2 coatings were smooth and composite particles distribute uniformly.The phosphorus content of the coating ranges from 5% to 8% and belongs to medium phosphoric coating.By comparison with Ni-P-SiC-WS2 ,the microhardness, corrosion and wear resistance of ternary alloy coating Ni-W-P-SiC-WS2 were greatly improved because of the co-deposited tungsten.Moreover,the lubricating properties of the coating were more outstanding.
